The Centre for Community Law Congratulates H.E. General Birame Diop on His Assumption of Office as President of the ECOWAS Commission

On this momentous occasion, the Centre for Community Law extends its warm congratulations to H.E. General Birame Diop on his assumption of office as President of the ECOWAS Commission.

  • Dr. Kalilou Sylla (Côte d’Ivoire), Commissioner for Internal Services
  • Mrs. Francess Alghali (Sierra Leone), Commissioner for Political Affairs, Peace and Security
  • Mr. Dehpue Yenpea Zuo (Liberia), Commissioner for Economic Affairs and Agriculture
  • Mr. Amin Amidu Sulemani (Ghana), Commissioner for Infrastructure, Energy and Digitalisation
  • Prof. Nassirou Bako‑Arifari (Benin), Commissioner for Human Development and Social Affairs

The Centre is hopeful that the new leadership of the Commission will immediately set to work to address the pressing needs of the region and advance the collective aspirations of the ECOWAS Community.
