Executive Officers
Amos O. Enabulele
Executive Director
Amos is a Professor of Public International Law. He has an ardent interest in the law of the sea and integration law, especially as it concerns ECOWAS. He is a resource person to the ECOWAS Community Court of Justice and a legal aid counsel at the African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights.

Anthony Osaro Ewere
Director, Research & Development
Anthony Osaro Ewere, Ph.D Ewere is a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and Professor of Law, Faculty of Law. He has a strong interest in human rights, especially as it relates to the rights of women.

Michael C. Agbo
Director, Policy & Planning
Michael is a vibrant and dynamic legal practitioner. He has a strong zeal for research and practical aspects of legal practice, both locally and internationally. He is currently a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Law of the University of Benin.

Esther Allwell
Programme Administrator
Esther Allwell is a lawyer in a leading commercial law firm in Lagos, Nigeria. She advises on project development, corporate investments and corporate restructuring. Esther has a special interest in international development law, particularly, the interplay between legal frameworks, global politics and sustainable development.

Oluboyo Taiwo Olamide
Research Officer
A first-class law graduate from the University of Benin, is a Governance, Risk, and Compliance Intern at Oando Energy Resources. He won the national round of the 64th Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition, representing Nigeria internationally, and led his team to the 33rd Christof Heyns African Human Rights Moot in Rwanda. Recipient of the Dean’s Prize for Academic Excellence (2019/2020), he has competed in 18+ moot/mock trials, earning 14+ awards, including Best Memorial and multiple podium finishes in Jessup, Manfred Lachs, and Monroe E. Price Media moots. He was Chairman of the Law Students’ Bar Association (2024) and President of ILSA Uniben, organizing the maiden Nigeria National Round of the Stetson International Environmental Law Moot (2024

Samuel Temitope Orimogunje
Research officer
Samuel Temitope Orimogunje is a leading young professional who has always been interested in African politics, human rights, international law, and maritime law. He has shown his scholarly works where he emerged as the best law student in Nigeria in April 2023 during the J.O. Fabunmi scholarship competition. As a student, he served as a research assistant to his lecturers while helping them carry out tedious tasks. He obtained his Bachelor of Law from the University of Benin.
